“It was easy to find the product we wanted at a good price on the Plumbworld website. Ordering was simple and the item arrived as scheduled. Unfortunately there was some damage to the item but after sending an Email with photos a replacement item was quickly shipped without any fuss. I will definitely use Plumbworld.co.uk again!”

“Purchased a toilet only for it to arrive damaged. When I went to return it I was told that i have to cover the cost of return delivery. Which worked out nearly as much as what the product cost me!! Buyer beware, Their returns policy is a joke!”

“I was sent an email saying the delivery for my item would be delivered today between 7am-7pm. Zero communication afterwards. I took a whole day off work, no delivery. Unable to contact DHL via phone or WhatsApp. Kept me on hold or was a bot. Had to contact plumbworld to ask where my delivery was. They told me at 6pm that the item was on the wrong truck. I don’t trust DHL to deliver so will collect the item from DHL depot tomorrow morning and take more time off work. No consideration to how much time the customer has to take off work and wait for a delivery which had a 12 hour time frame. Terrible terrible service. Will never ever use them again. Funny thing is that they delivered an item to my neighbour at 10am but didn’t have my delivery. How silly is that????”

“Ordered item 12 December 2025. Now 9 January 2026 and still awaiting delivery. My Plumber has now left for another job and it will cost me more than the item is worth to get him back. Have contacted Plumbworld who apologises for late delivery but apologies does not mean I get delivery of my goods.”

“Ordered on a Friday and first attempt at delivery not until Tuesday, even though stated next day delivery. Delivery company failed to deliver on that day. Phoned to cancel my order, as item needed urgently. Delivery company then supposed to deliver back to Plumbworld. Instead, delivered to me a day later. Now have to return the item at my own cost as no free return system.”
