“Ordered on a Friday and first attempt at delivery not until Tuesday, even though stated next day delivery. Delivery company failed to deliver on that day. Phoned to cancel my order, as item needed urgently. Delivery company then supposed to deliver back to Plumbworld. Instead, delivered to me a day later. Now have to return the item at my own cost as no free return system.”

“Plumbworld were brilliant, would have been 5* but the courier let them down. Left a heavy shower screen on our drive ( 2 lady pensioners) and told me to ring the plumber when asked to move it indoors.”
