“No problem with Plumbworld whatsoever. Polite, quick to despatch and luckily the tap set was well protected in their boxes. Shame about their choice of cowboy courier though, delivery man dumped it behind pots and ran away….guess why?…..packet ripped open! Tracking info for the next day delivery disappeared late on the stated day and was delivered the day after :(”

“Plumbworld were great staff brilliant, packaging excellent the only thing that let them down was Palletways their delivery people who rang and said they were going to deliver our bathroom suit on a Wednesday but it did not turn up until the following Monday, Plumbworld tried to contact them but with no success No communication from Palletways at all Please change your delivery people.”
