“The delivery service which was an added cost which in itself isn't necessarily an issue the delivery company used was how appalling. We had ordered three items two of which would have been considered heavy and therefore lead to the expectation that it would be a two person delivery. When the rather old can arrived it was just one person and he was unable to unload the items fully himself and given my husband wasn't here it was left to me to help. On eventually getting three items into the house I questioned one item ironically the biggest and heaviest which wasn't ours! I then had to assist the driver to remove from the house and place back in the van. Unfortunately I am not as young as I used to be and this caused considerable strain on my back. (My husband said I should have refused but I didn't) To add insult to injury the customer service team then said not our fault as we outsource delivery. They obviously do not realise that is now my first impression of the company as it would have been for many. I paid for a delivery that I actually was very much part of! I would not use them again on this basis alone and maybe I was just unfortunate but their lack of customer care was the final icing in the cake as they say!”

“In the description wasn't mentioned that you needed to buy extra washers for connecting mixer tap to main pipes. Lost time and money founding one.”

“Ordered a kicthen sink, but after fitting it. In the book came with it, the care described, do not put boiling water it , wipe with oil and the rest care. I had know how delicate the sink was I would probably not ordered it as on the description on line when ordering it said nothing of this and to make things worse contacted customer services, still waiting a personal reply”

“Poor delivery service Delivery attempt 1 - all returned as shower screen smashed and glass through pallet Deliver attempt 2a - shower tray riser kit for shower tray missing Delivery attempt 2b - shower screen came by separate courier, box very bashed but luckily shower screen ok Delivery attempt 3 - still waiting for shower riser”

“Power shower box looked like it had already been opened. Sure enough when I came to fit it I found that one of the catches on the cover was damaged. Haven't complained yet as the shower is fitted.”

“Product good, and delivery fast, problem, was trying to claim vat back for our mum you is chronically sick/ disabled and have to change bath to a walkin shower. Under government Web site is states we can claim vat back for changing a bath to walkin shower, this includes a shower I purchased. They it is not a disabled shower, this could not make no difference. I've claimed back items for bathroom from other suppliers No problems.”

“I have ordered twice from plumbworld and both times I had delivery issues. My recent order I received completely the wrong bath and extra units and panels that I didn’t order. Staff seemed more concerned about getting the overages back than delivering my bath!”
