I don’t know where to begin. Missed deliveries. Damaged goods, lots of apologies but no action. Still waiting for a refund of the money I’ve already paid and apart for lovely people on the end of the customer services line who are powerless, no appreciation of the time i’ve wasted.

I ordered over £1000 of goods. Order No. 104327172. When I placed my order I was informed that one item was not due in for a week, however I then received an email advising me that due to an unexpected surge in demand for my items a number were now out of stock, I wrote asking for those lines that were still in stock to be sent out as I was waiting on them I received no response so I wrote again and was ignored again. Infact I waited for over 2 weeks before any goods were dispatched and by this time I had gone on holiday for a week, DHL informed me the delivery was on is way so I delayed it for 4 days the maximum there site would allow, plumbworld then contacted me to say the goods were on the way I asked them to delay DHL until I returned, they said they would but DHL delivered the order without a signature whilst I was still on holiday fortunately my neighbour retrieved the boxes. Overall the customer service was appaling, it seems that instead of keeping customers happy Plumbworld would rather save a few quid on courier charges.

What a disgrace your sales people are , they come on all nice and sincere what a joke. You phone about a part missing, they promise to get back to you with a answer for you but you never hear from them again. I have never dealt with a company as bad as Plumbworld.

My items came late damaged and items missing. Found same products nearly half the price too having looked around . I’ve put this review on trust pilot too

the draws do not fit perfect one sidi is ok the other side of the 2draws do not fit flush they stick out a bit after the money i spent on this product i would expect it to be perfect

Sold us an item that they don’t have in stock-and unable to provide a reliable service. Very disappointed, complete waste of time and money. Extremely unprofessional!

Bought a shower it was faulty Plum World washed their hands of it and pointed me towards the manufacturer. Basically take the money and run. Terrible customer contact 20 minutes plus waiting for the to answer totally rubbish customer support. Overall my opinion find a supplier that has the customers at the forefront of the business not your wallet

We ordered everything in the bathroom apart from shower. The sink unit and toilet were damaged and they sent new ones out, the sink tap leaked so they sent new out. The flush wouldn't work in toilet so they sent a new one. All very good sending new parts out but I have had to pay a plumber each time to refit replaced parts. Won't shop with them again. Customer services are good but would rather not of had to contact them so many times.

I ordered this item 14 days before I needed it. The Item was advertised as in stock delivered in 3 days. No delivery or communication after 7 days. After sending a message I waited a further 3 days for a reply which said the item was out of stock and would be a further 2 months wait. This item was still being advertised as in stock 10 days after I received the delay information. I had to cancel a plumber, plasterer, tiler and electrician until I sourced the items elsewhere at greater expense. Companies advertising and selling items they do not have should be made to pay compensation as well as a refund for customers inconvenience and wasted time.

Make sure that you check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Unfortunately we couldn’t due to working away and by the time we did it was too late. Now left with 2 sets of en-suite furniture we can’t use and need to buy again - from elsewhere!
