“I was sent an email saying the delivery for my item would be delivered today between 7am-7pm. Zero communication afterwards. I took a whole day off work, no delivery. Unable to contact DHL via phone or WhatsApp. Kept me on hold or was a bot. Had to contact plumbworld to ask where my delivery was. They told me at 6pm that the item was on the wrong truck. I don’t trust DHL to deliver so will collect the item from DHL depot tomorrow morning and take more time off work. No consideration to how much time the customer has to take off work and wait for a delivery which had a 12 hour time frame. Terrible terrible service. Will never ever use them again. Funny thing is that they delivered an item to my neighbour at 10am but didn’t have my delivery. How silly is that????”

“Ordered item 12 December 2025. Now 9 January 2026 and still awaiting delivery. My Plumber has now left for another job and it will cost me more than the item is worth to get him back. Have contacted Plumbworld who apologises for late delivery but apologies does not mean I get delivery of my goods.”

“Order a sink which doesn't fit and for return got 2 option 1- pay return postage by myself which is to much for a heavy sink 2- drive an hour to warehouse to return item instead local store”

“Beware very poor delivery service from Plumbworld. Their courier said by text a delivery was taking place so we waited, but when van arrived it didn't have my order. Wasted a morning waiting for nothing.”
