We ordered everything in the bathroom apart from shower. The sink unit and toilet were damaged and they sent new ones out, the sink tap leaked so they sent new out.
The flush wouldn't work in toilet so they sent a new one.
All very good sending new parts out but I have had to pay a plumber each time to refit replaced parts. Won't shop with them again.
Customer services are good but would rather not of had to contact them so many times.
