“Paid extra for next day delivery and took the day off work to accept parcel, however it didn’t arrive!!! Did have a refund on the extra charge not that it was worth a days wage!!! Beware of next day service :(”

“Did not deliver on the date I paid for, did not have a clue where the order was, this happened 4 days in a row! Was appalling as the order was going to an empty house renovation. Terrible, do not use.”

“Website misleading as it says order within so many hours for a particular delivery date only to find out after payment that it’s estimated. Delivery date given and order was almost a week late. When chasing on numerous occasions was advised that they can’t contact delivery company by phone for updates as they don’t answer! Still haven’t received any response to complaint put in over 2 weeks ago!”

“Good company for small items, but fo not use for anything high value / delicate. They use Palletways a 1* (trustpilot) company for deliveries. Currently waiting to see if my shower tray can be delivered in 1 piece at the 4th time of asking. First 2 we’re not even on a pallet!”

“Purchased a set of taps on the 15th June . paid extra so they would arrive on the 17th as our kitchen fitter needed them before starting . did not arrive . i had to turn the fitter away and pay for a fulls days work . still haven’t arrived and it’s the 6th July ( Almost 3 weeks) . Emailed without reply . Eventually lodged a dispute with Paypal which they haven’t responded to . Safe to say I would advise people to avoid this company. When things go right they maybe ok but if anything goes wrong they vanish !”

“Bought what I thought was a Mira Vortex shower trap. Received a cheap copy made by Wirquin. Complained and they arranged to send out another. Turned out the new trap was also a Wirquin. In both instances a Mira label had been stuck onto the packaging on top of another label which clearly showed it to be a Wirquin Twisto trap.”

“My order was dropped off and the delivery note thrust at me for signing without being given time to inspect the good which came wrapped in two boxes on a pallet, the driver then got straight back in his van and drove off without any offer of help. I’m 75 with a heart condition and had to manage unpacking and getting these very heavy items into my home on my own. The driver told me he didn’t have any tools to get the boxes off the pallet and when it told him I had some he said he would get in trouble if he took the pallet back. In other words he couldn’t wait to get away. The whole delivery procedure wants looking at.”
