Nothing wrong with plum world 5 stars But courier they use DHL us absolutely Useless failed to deliver on three occasions stating that they never had driver capable of delivering a bulky item (back to wall toilet) after several phone calls item finally arrived

If you order from Plumbworld ( or many other online retailers) you take a chance if you want to make a return I ordered a bathroom cabinet and cancelled the order with the statutory cooling off period. But I still had to pay £30.00 return delivery cost. So my advice is try to buy from a business that will collect a return ( unlike Plumbworld which uses couriers) or buy from a supplier that has physical stores. For the future Plumbworld has been crossed off my list.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Until I received bidet recommended to match the toilet I bought. But on arrival (un packaged and just left in doorway} it was completely different, even a different shade of white. Now although I have return no's. They are refusing to collect them. I certainly would not think of using plumbworld again. And definitely won't be recommending them. We are both 76yr olds. We struggled to get them in car. On our way msg to tell them. To be told they would not except them from private customer due to the ready made excuse of covid. But would only except from courier.

Items arrived damaged, tried to get replaced, they refused, tried to refund, they refused. Rude replies from Customer Services. Am in the process of raising this as formal complaint, these people should not be allowed to trade. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

It says guaranteed price, but if you find it cheaper they don't price match they come up with excuse about certain products they can't reduce

Essentials Single Ended 1700mm Bathroom Suite - This review was submitted to Plumbworld who discarded it without comment nor publication. Anywhere that a ha'porth of tar could be saved, they did it! I bought this suite on the basis of the good reviews. I'm not sure who wrote them, but it can't be anyone with experience. The washbasin... No information provided on drilling centres. Not the end of the world, but other manufacturers manage it. No warnings either that it will only accept a pop up waste. Tap is budget but can't complain about that as it does the job. Toilet is OK but the seat supplied is horrid and snaps over a plastic plate which will be ideal for harbouring yuck over time. It also moves around. Water inlet is plastic which I suppose is typical these days. Bath... Now this REALLY takes the biscuit, I have never seen anything this bad before. It is so thin that you can see daylight through it. It has no bonded in wooden surround to allow the side panels to be fitted, nor any support arms to that non existent frame. Instead you get two pieces of steel and six Chinesium screws to attach them to the base chipboard. Then at each end of that, a conventional adjustable foot. No central support is provided either. Absolutely not adequate for support, again unlike anything else on the market in my experience. The waste flange was fine, for 70% of its circumference. The other 30% didn't exist, probably due to the thinness of the material. It was therefore impossible to get a seal without copious quantities of Plumber's Mait, not by any means the sort of job I like to do and very dodgy in an upstairs bathroom. To sum up, Spending a little more would have saved me a lot of money and a lot of time trying to remedy the deficiencies therin. A complaint about the lack of a frame got the response: (sic) "none if our baths have a frame supplied with them just the bolt on feet . The framework is usually built by the installer with wooden batons to provide extra stability under the rim of the bath and also to fit the side panels ." In short, I wouldn't consider buying another, even at half the price. Once you have started installing, it is too late to consider the hassle of returning it, possibly why they ignore complaints. The fact that they suppress less than glowing reviews is also a worry. Never again will they get my business.

I ordered a tap in March. It had a continual drip. These things happen. I organised a replacement and refund. It’s now August. Despite me contacting plumbworld every week or two; No replacement tap. I’ve waited in three days for collection of a product I can only return via courier. No refund. Unable to speak to manager. I asked them to speak to me before leaving reviews such as this but refused. If you can buy elsewhere do.

Bought a shower just over a year ago with 10 year guarantee. It has now stop working and they expect me to remove AT my expense. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY VERY POOR COMPANY AND PRODUCTS.

I order a bathroom suite and fittings in January 2020 and I received my order in several packages over 2 months. No hurry then. I didn't get to install my bathroom for another 4 months due to covid and not being able to hire a plumber. Upon opening the exposed waste for my bath, it was found to be damaged. I contaced Plumbworld about this problem and they are not responding. How can I get a refund for a damaged item when it was purchased months ago and they will not respond?

I ordered an instantaneous water heater thinking what a great product, but it would take an entire power station to operate it - 12W so my domestic power availability was no use. It was however sold with a domestic sink and tap. If there had been any level of customer service I wouldn't have been landed with this. Now have to pay to have it returned - feeling ripped off! Also I could return it myself, but they only accept couriers - what is the different between me taking it back and the courier? Will be of environmental benefit if I can take it and not have to wrap it in yards of plastic protection and cardboard surely! Grumbles. Won't use this company again! Billi Leach

Paid for a mirror on their website over a month ago. Can't phone them as they are not taking calls. Had one response from an email telling me they would check in to it and then absolutely nothing. Now I need to go through the credit card company to try and get a refund. The tax payer should NOT be paying this company to furlough!

Item was water damaged upon delivery and delivery was slow so not eligible for refund or replacement apparently.. Buy elsewhere they're not even that cheap and quality is poor even if undamaged.

Disgraceful customer services. Option to select a delivery date which I also paid for. The product arrived a day early with only a text on the morning from the courier informing me it will arri e in 2 hours. Resulted in a day of work lost. Customer services not reading emails and no understanding. Appalling!

My order (102145787), a shower screen, wasn’t ever delivered. This bunch of crooked fools failed to respond to emails or phone calls. They debited my mastercard over a month ago. Buy from them at your own risk.

I ordered a toilet for downstairs and after about a week, due to the pandemic, it arrived. Upon opening the box containing the pan I noticed it was badly damaged. I contacte Plumbworld using their returns system requesting a replacement. They said not to return the damaged pan, leaving it up to me to get ride of??The new delivery took a couple of days to arrive and when I opened the box this pan was in a worse shape than the original. Emails and telephone calls were not accepted and as I've already had a 'replacement' the option to return the damaged pan was not there. So, here I am, my dining room now contains two large boxes containing broken pans and two slightly smaller boxes containing the cistern and seats. I am totally at a loss at what I should do. I am left with no alternative but to raise a dispute with Paypal (fortunately I paid through them) and state I want a full refund and for Plumbworld to come and remove these useless bthoxes containing the damaged goods and the cisterns as they're no good to me without the pans. PP has written to Plumbworld and you've guessed it, they haven't respond to them yet. Regardless of the pandemic, these companies, Wickes included, should not operate unless they can provide adequate support for their customers, they're quick enough to take the money.

Spent a significant amount of money on plumb world just before lockdown for our new bathroom suiete. Unfortunately lockdown happened just before our 14 days return policy was up so the suite was left fully packaged not inspected, and we were left with half and old bathroom. This week we finally got our plumber (who is a close friend) to start our new bathroom (social distancing adhered to). On opening the undamaged packaging the bath panel was noted to have a flaw in it. Unable to get through via telephone regarding the damaged product I have been in email with them for 2 days. To be told basically tough. it’s over the 14 day so your stuck with the faulty panel and if you want a new one you have to buy it. I think considering the world pandemic they would of extended their returns due to lockdown and it being illegal to have professionals in to fit bathrooms. Don’t bother ordering from here because if you have a problem your stuck with it. I requested for someone to ring me but no one has. The company may sell some good products but the customer service lets them down and has left me with a flawed panel that ruins my bathroom.

I searched the website looking to order 10 items of furniture for a bathroom and en-suite. The following morning the bill had increased by around £100. By the afternoon, just as I was about to place the order it had increased a further £180.

Shame on you Plumbworld you are absolute disgrace taking people’s money and not refunding back the purchase, it happened to me. Bought a shower enclosure returned it box unopened due to wrong size Can’t get through on the phone. What more can be said. AVOID!

Avoid this company , placed an order and they took more money than they should have out of my bank then promised me a refund because of there error , been waiting 2 weeks for this and cannot get through on the phone because of an hour wait , then just received an email saying they are not refunding it back to me, I will be taking this further because this is theft
