PlanNed the next day delivery (12/12) for the job I was do, the toilet didn’t arrive until the following day(13/12). The wrong toilet, cistern and seat was delivered, started call the phone number at 10:45 until 18:30 just kept getting a America answer Message. Emailed on the Friday and got a response on the Monday (16/12) basically asking me to take Picture’s of the boxes and part numbers. My order confirmation has the same order number as the delivery note that was in the box but completely different part numbers and descriptions. The product number/ supplier part number or the barcode on the plumbworld delivery note are not recognised on the website. I have sent emails Regarding the description, pictures of what I should have got and what I actually got but still plumbworld say I got what I ordered. SHOCKING SERVICE

Shocking service, do not stock the items they sell you and don't tell you until days later when you ask where are my items! dreadful

Ordered shower £600+ on 29/11 my money was taken off my card.3 days later received an email saying dispatch was on hold and had to send photo shot of my driving license.so my reason for purchase ( plumbers coming next day ) now need them to make a second visit.phoned customer service sorry different department!now 14 /12 and still not received. Phoned customer service should be with me 5/7 days. Appalling service the only response'sorry sir'.i have 2 complete bathrooms to fit out how can I possibly go through this again.

Poor delivery. A delivery date was scheduled, I waited all day and late afternoon it was cancelled by the firm. Rescheduled for the next day; it never arrived again! Arrived the 3rd day but courier would not help an OAP with a whole bathroom suite into the house! Beware you might have to cancel work for several days to get your delivery and ensure you can get the goods into the house. They do not tell you this. Trying to resolve this with customer support but they are absolutely useless and are not interested in customer service who refuse to put me through to the MD. My advice- do not use.

Failed to deliver my sink, sat on hold to customer services for 40 minutes. I was told they had made a mistake with order, no communication that they had made an error, so I sat in all day waiting for a delivery that was never coming. The customer services offered no acceptable solution. I now have to wait 4 days for a refund ( PayPal) , when it’s a 2 minute job to make a refund. Refused to provide the MD’s name or email address for me to complain. These are amateurs with terrible customer care. You have been warned!!

As i run a bathrooms and wet room company iwill make sure everybody knows what it like to order £1500.00 worth of items and only one turned up on the delivery date. And then to be told the items were due in to the warehouse in a weeks time which means the customer will be without a bathroom for two weeks. The thing is i was told everything was in stock and getting a refund well its not the same speed they take your money I would go to Victorian Plumbing you might pay a little bit more but there delivery service is very good and they actually have the items in stock sbhall bathrooms and wet rooms

LED light not working on a whirlpool pool bath that was installed. Simple solution send out new light please or engineer to fix it as we have several trades being held up. Not even a response from supplier or a solution from plumbworld after 48hrs, phone lines down, then power cut. Yet you ring there sales line and they work fine. The worst thing with this is lack of correspondence you have to go through the 15-20 minute wait with customer services. Resolution buy local with someone you trust as these are quick enough to take but not to respond to your needs.

Very unhappy with the service, ordered the items on the Friday and told delivery was on the Tuesday, nothing ruined up so I called them and they told me one item was out of stock with no w. Ail or phone call. It’s been 10 days now without my delivery I phoned back and asked for the supervisor and was told that there isn’t one complete lies, by the time I get m6 delivery it will be around 2 weeks, my customer has been without a toilet for 6 days. On the website it is still saying 17 in stock lies again.

Didn’t deliver the order. I took the day off work and waited in all day. “Customer Service” couldn’t care less. Didn’t offer compensation. Didn’t offer an expedited delivery. Didn’t even respond to my complaint. Hopefully the impending recession will see this mob go under. Steer clear of this joke outfit.

If only 0 stars was an option. Appalling service. Ordered several items for a Saturday delivery which I paid extra for. Received an email to confirm it would be delivered on said date. My client waited in the whole day on a lovely bank holiday for him to then tell me the order didnt turn up. I called plumbworld and they said that one of the items had not been allocated yet, they don't inform you of this or update you at all. I actually changed a few of the parts I was ordering as the ones I originally wanted were out of stock on the website. So I changed them to ones that appeared as 'in stock' to then have this problem because they dont have one of the parts. Very misleading and all I was offered was the £10 back for the Saturday delivery charge! Not good enough at all. I then had to suggest to the lady on the phone to get this delivered to me the very next day, this should have been offered to me without asking. No care for the disruption they cause to their customers.

Slow despatch and inaccurate info given about stock. When I ordered, everything was showing in stock. But I have been waiting 9 days for an item off an order now. I rang a week ago and was told it was back ordered, expected that day and would be despatched. Nothing arrived... Remaining patient, I rang again to be told the same thing again - it had arrived but needed to be allocated and "might" be sent that same day. No guarantees it would be despatched, despite pointing out a waiting time of 9 days. Most worrying was the customer service person didn't seem phased by my disappointment. I asked if Plumbworld would be happy for me to shop elsewhere next time and write a review about my disappointment just to receive "THATS FINE" as an answer. The website now shows the products are back in stock, but guess what - it still hasn't been despatched to me. Doesn't really strike me as the type of company who cares about customer service. I would avoid.

Notified the previous evening for confirmed next day delivery. Took the day off to wait. Happened to click on Tracking link only to find delivery had changed to following day. No prior notice or communication (they use Palleyways, another unreliable company). Who is going to pay for a further day off ?? Called up Sales agent and he wanted to push me over to Customer Services to discuss. What is there to discuss ?? Emailed CEO and still no reply or action. Pay a little more if you have to and get your product elsewhere !

Bought a shower enclosure, the rollers have disintegrated after less than 2 years. Poor quality that had resulted in a leak and tiles lifting. Plumb world are not interested as say parts only have 12 months warranty! Poor service

If you live in a flat, or anywhere, where they can decide "They won't go upstairs", do not use! They left me with a heavy item in the main entrance to the building and did not deliver it to the flat. I had to get my 13 year old son to carry a heavy item up three flights of stairs!

Wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered!! I chased a delivery on Wednesday which was supposed to have been with me on Monday only to be told the item was out of stock, I asked why I hadn't been informed only to be told that it is on the website as out of stock, silly me I didn't keep looking! so Today Thursday I have a delivery of the tap which supposedly is out of stock but no tank or filter so you guessed it... back on the phone again tomorrow, and by the way Mr Plumbworld I am still waiting for the e mails re deivery

Nothing I ordered was delivered, just a pile of junk, then wanted me to pay for the return! Stay well clear, don't be fooled by reasonable pricing.

Horrific, Horrific, Horrific! Incomplete orders delivered in bit, having to call up to chase items, late deliveries holding up projects and to top it all horrendous attitudes from delivery drivers. Cheap, poor quality components as well. I would advise anyone to steer well, well clear. Sting in the tail as well. If you try and return anything, you have to pay for hat yourself as well. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Rubbish Ordered a vanity unit. Recieved a conformation email and order number and delivery date. Wife took the day off work for delivery which never turned up. Customer services told me item is not in stock for another 3 weeks even though they said it was being delivered today!!!!!! According to customer services the conformation email isn't conformation ..........what?!!!!

Damaged goods (a bath) were delivered to our home address. A full refund was offered by Plumbworld. WARNING. It becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange disposal of the damaged item. The burden and cost involved in the disposal of a bath is now ours without any assistance from Plumbworld. Strange business practice; deliver damaged goods, accept that the goods were damaged, and make absolutely no effort to assist the customer. Let's hope that you read this before placing your order

We purchased a boiler that had to return immediately. The company took it back, however, they now claim they did not receive it. They don’t want to pay any refund. This is a scam. Plus horrible customer service. Hopefully, the police will help us deal with the issue.
