I ordered a tap in March. It had a continual drip. These things happen.
I organised a replacement and refund.
It’s now August. Despite me contacting plumbworld every week or two;
No replacement tap.
I’ve waited in three days for collection of a product I can only return via courier.
No refund.
Unable to speak to manager. I asked them to speak to me before leaving reviews such as this but refused.
If you can buy elsewhere do.
