“Worst company I have ever dealt with in Australia. Don't buy from them. They won't take returns and bully you and belittle you through emails if you ask for one. They insist on sending a technician out if their product doesn't do anything (specifically in this case the Spa Bot which caught one leaf in three hours of cleaning - useless product). You have to agree to pay $110 for a service call plus mileage costs if the technician decides the product is fine. Avoid the Pool Shop if at all possible. Gave up on the return and wrote this review instead.”

“I'm sorry but the delivery service was garbage, said 3 to 4 days. 2 weeks later it turned up, emailed them after 1 week and got nothing back. Kane”

“Terrible delivery partner - delivered to wrong house even though our number clearly visible. I had to walk up and down street to find it at the granny flat to an adjacent property.”

“Ordered a part online. Took 5 days before it was collected for dispatch. Still hadn’t been received Was given a delivery time frame which will be doubled by the time it’s received Realised I’d made an error as soon as I saw you used sendle for deliveries”

“I can understand why you would send me a “tell us about your purchase” e-mail now, because it has been 11 days since I ordered. Sadly it is still not here and I don’t expect it for a few more days. 2 weeks to deliver, even considering Easter, makes the idea of online buying redundant.”
