“Worst company I have ever dealt with in Australia. Don't buy from them. They won't take returns and bully you and belittle you through emails if you ask for one. They insist on sending a technician out if their product doesn't do anything (specifically in this case the Spa Bot which caught one leaf in three hours of cleaning - useless product). You have to agree to pay $110 for a service call plus mileage costs if the technician decides the product is fine. Avoid the Pool Shop if at all possible. Gave up on the return and wrote this review instead.”

“I can understand why you would send me a “tell us about your purchase” e-mail now, because it has been 11 days since I ordered. Sadly it is still not here and I don’t expect it for a few more days. 2 weeks to deliver, even considering Easter, makes the idea of online buying redundant.”
