Took over a week to process order and get it sent, from east coast??
So 2 week turnaround when pool was not usable for guests. No reply when complaint emailed. Not good enough service”

“Hi, my review is not related to the pool shop product i bought as i havent revied it yet. Their courier aramex is hopeless. I watched the Aramex tracking until it got to the Mayborough Depot and then thats where its sat. I received an email on Friday from Aramex advising my delivery would be today but that did not happen. I tired to ring the Maryborough Depot but no answer. I sent an email enquiry to aramex as to when would my parcel be delivered, the only response i have had is an automated AusCare # from them. I then received another email from them on Saturday advising delivery was Saturday but that did not happen either. Monday still no contact from Aramex.”
“I rang out about five mins before closing time to enquire about a product which I then bought online, and I could tell the guy I spoke to was a little bit annoyed. I had a few questions and he said he doesnt provide tafe courses over the phone. I also apologized for calling so late in the day and while I cant remember his exact words, it wasnt "thats fine how can I help". He didnt really do anything wrong, but was one of those people that have a slightly repelling vibe rather than a friendly one.”
“When I called on the Tuesday I was assured the item would be posted on the Wednesday leaving the best chance for me to get it by Friday (to limit the amount of time the pool was used without the filter on) The filter could not run without the plug.
When I followed up the tracking item on the THURSDAY I was told it hadnt been posted yet and would get it out. It reached the post office at 4.50pm Thursday and I received the item on the Monday.
Disappointing that it hadnt been posted and appears to only have been posted as a result of me querying it.
I ended up purchasing one from Melbourne on the Friday to allow the weekend to filter.
I paid more in postage than the item was worth and appears the postage was the worst part.”
