“Still waiting for my product .. its been in 'Melbourne' for days with courier.. telling me everyday 'its going to be delivered today!' to an eastern suburb. The Poolshop store and the product are likely excellent.. but delivery process (compa y used) ro get it from Melbourne to me has been veryvery slow. Yesi know that floods delayed delivery from QLD to Melbourne (no issue with that).”

“Product and service was good, delivery was poor. The package was “returned to sender” because house number was missing, despite responding to an email from the seller requesting postage details that were already on the order.”

“Ordered spa bromine tablets. Was sent granules. Phoned and they did send out correct items, however I had to then spend time returning incorrect items sent. Will not shop here again.”

“Still waiting to hear from support whether 76032 part ordered & received is the correct one for my filter bowls, as it doesn't fit properly. 76033 is not the one as that is 50mm, while mine is 40mm.”

“The product is amazing the courier you used was a disaster, limited tracking no eta on delivery stayed home two days for delivery turned up next day and they left on front door step did not follow specific instructions i left.”

“When I first received an email confirmation of this order, the message said that I would receive another message when it was despatched. I did not receive such a mesage. After waiting nearly two weeks, I phoned yesterday, to be told that it was on its way. I received another email with a tracking number which did not work. Today the overcover arrived. I am pleased with its quality.”
