“Ordering the part on line was simple. Click click PayPal and all done. However getting the part took much longer. But in the end with a few emails and follow up we got there. The part has arrived, installed and is working wonderfully. In their defence it was a part for a very old Barracuda and not likely in great demand. In the end I am a happy customer and will shop here again as I have done for many years.”

“Easy website to use. Lovely lady helped me swap the hulcon multiport valve for the one I incorrectly ordered. Arrived express to WA in 3 days. Good to know we can still get spares on equipment that is over 10 years old. Pool Shop would have got 5 stars but packing was not great. Box was flimsy and no packing materials. Thankfully no damage to contents. See photos.”
