“I really like the quality of the products at Post Up. The process for approving artwork is simple. They are responsive to all my questions. I just wished that there had been more upfront explanation of the difficulty that we would encounter to swap out our retractable 24 x 80 banners. Here at the bank, we have 14 branches with retractable banners. I thought it would be a simple swap out--but it wasn't. The instructions that were sent were illegible; however, once I emailed them they sent a good copy of the instructions. But all the space, time and equipment that would be required to do the job was not fully explained. If I had known, I would have collected together all the banner stands and shipped them back to Post Up prior to placing my order for them to do the replacement work at the factory at no charge. Oddly, the customer cannot get that service at no charge once the replacement banners are delivered. So....now I'm scrambling trying to find someone in the organization who won't mind trying to do the job in-hosue.”

“The graphics on the fabric banner and table throw look amazing! The process was extremely easy, the sublimations were crisply printed, and the products were created and delivered very quickly. This is the third or fourth time that I have ordered from Post Up Stand, and have never been disappointed! I highly recommend this company for your trade show needs.”

“Had an issue with a file and needed to update. Shavonia (CSR) was prompt in responding and immediately transferred me to Angie in the art department. Angie clearly explained what I needed to do to correct my artwork and The product was produced and shipped without any loss in production time. Can”

“We were skeptical about ordering a post-up sign through an online vendor, but the banner we received from Post-Up Stand was better than we expected and the customer service to set it all up was superb. We recommend their services to any business needed trade show equipment.”

“I've been a customer for over 10 years. With an upcoming bridal show, I needed to update my props and displays. I found, to no surprise, how patient, courteous, and professional the staff, especially the graphic/design personnel. Extremely fast in putting together a newly designed banner with our new company logo. On top of that, I will have everything I need much quicker than I could have dreamed. I will always recommend PostUp, and have recently, to the organizer of our local bridal show.”
