“Had a very bad experience with scheduling. Backlog during production almost made me miss my show date because Postup just "assumed" I could accept delivery later. I was vigilant enough to catch the problem early and switch vendors to make my show date. I know it was an anomaly and it won't stop me from using the company going forward, but the annoyance and their inability to level with me upfront made me upset. Just keep an eye on status of your project.”

“The products are generally good, but the service was lacking. Since you didn't have the sense to take me off the list even thought I cancelled my order and asked for a review, I'll comply. I placed an order that couldn't be completed in time and I wasn't informed that the order couldn't be completed in time, so it left me in a bind. It's not so much the frustration of staffing issues that meant the order couldn't be completed, but more the complete lack of communication. I didn't hear back on a proof within the 24 hour time frame, so I messaged and called to see where we were. They couldn't work on my order for two weeks and seemed to have no plans to inform me of this. Had I known upfront or been notified the next day that my request couldn't be fulfilled, I would have been happier and able to make different arrangements.”

“The staff is friendly, however they did not have the ability to interface effectively with the project manager to resolve the graphics problem. We also had inquired about a lower cost price match, which is not available.”

“Post Up Stand has never failed to produce top-notch banners and the one time I had an issue with shipping (shipper's fault, not theirs), their team was super helpful and did everything they could to make sure my clients got their banners in time. They go above and beyond.”

“We've had so many compliments on the quality and style of our desktop banner! The quality of the graphics is superb, set up easy and it's sturdy base should last for years. Friendly staff, speedy, well-packaged service & delivery. We will be purchasing banners for all 8 of our regional offices, and recommend Post Up Stand highly.”

“We were very happy with our purchase of a banner stand from Post Up Stand. From the ordering process to the communication to the delivery, everything went as expected. And the banner looks great! About the only negative thing was the instruction sheet that was included with the stand--it was clearly a photocopy, tilted to one side, and difficult to read. It even had one handwritten note on it. With all the other good things, I was surprised at this seeming lack of concern.”
