“Good quality product, but I had a couple questions not answered during the design-approval phase that turned out to have mattered a lot to the final design. Would consider purchasing again, but I expect a future purchase to be much better based on what I learned here, and I wish I'd heard those in the responses to my design uploads instead so the first time through had been exactly what I was expecting.”

“I received the wrong quantities in my order. I was then asked to prove it by assembling all 28 of the stands in my order and sending a photo. I then would have expected to be sent the missing stands already assembled for the inconvenience, but received only the inserts and had to reassemble them myself. I am shocked at the lack of customer support.”

“The material of the triangular light-up display art was not as we expected. The assembly directions were not very clear. The 3 different panels were printed at different lengths, causing some to be longer than others.”

“Site was easy to use, product arrived quickly and looks great. I ordered a replacement graphic for a table top pop-up banner. I was disappointed that the banner did not come with replacement tape to adhere the replacement banner to the lead in the pop-up base.”
