“Site was easy to use, product arrived quickly and looks great. I ordered a replacement graphic for a table top pop-up banner. I was disappointed that the banner did not come with replacement tape to adhere the replacement banner to the lead in the pop-up base.”

“Ordered a red custom-printed table runner. It showed up looking pink. Gave customer service the CYMK info and original file as well as photos of the runner next to other marketing materials we have that were printed in the correct shade of red. They refused to replace or compensate refund. Extremely disappointed in quality.”

“Everything went fine and product looks good. I didn't realize until it was shipped there is no hard case like I have with the smaller units. How do you ship 8' unit in a soft canvas bag???? Disappointed but it's my fault -I didn't check.”
