“the case came as described. the lid is the only concern. We are shipping tradeshow materials and the lid isn't secure enough. we had to use shipping straps to secure the lid. everything else about it was great!”

“Had a new banner made but had a small issue with it. Post Up fixed the issue promptly and next day air shipped to the hotel in time for my Trade Show at no additional cost. Couldn't ask for better service!”

“Everything was exactly what I ordered except for the sticker that was placed at the base of the podium. I tried to remove it, but it was too adhesive to the metal. I tried using goof off, but it started to make the paint blotchy. I recommend that you place less adhesive stickers or no stickers to the podium that customers will always take off anyway.”

“Pole did not fit and they will not refund my whole amount payed only the price for the pole which was less than the shipping. I would end up paying more to return it.”

“Parts wouldn't line up, while putting it together. Unhappy with purchase. Wish I can return items. Once trying to put together it kept falling down needed to place chair in front of it.”

“I'm disappointed in the quality of this stand compared to others I've had in the past from other companies. The material of the sign is very thin and seems cheaply made. If outside and the sun is shining on it, you can see through it. I have used the sign at a few events now and this past week after 4 uses the sign seems to be broken and will no longer retract properly. We were able to roll it back up and make due but for the price we were charged, I guess I just expected higher quality.”
