“It was very easy to order and product was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, it was not the right color for what I needed, so I needed to return it. I was a little confused with return process, so I hope I did it correctly.”

“Very nice quality. It does not quite roll all the way into the stand but overall it looks good. The colors were correct and it looks nice when set up.”

“The legs should fold flat by the look of the swivel. This doesn't seem to happen although I will try to work this situation again. The table top seems to press fit two legs and swivel the together two legs. Tolerance is too tight on the press fit. To get the fit I hade to disassemble the legs from the core to fit them in and then hope I can control the swivels well enough to engage the screws. Much harder than it should be. Engineer's thoughts in assembly sheet should be included.”

“Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with our post-up stand backdrop. We had ordered a backdrop for our Virtual event, they shipped the frame, without the fabric cover. They asked us to upgrade shipping so we could get it in time, they never printed the cover. Had I been informed that the cover was not ready I would have not upgraded shipping. Their inability to communicate with me in a timely and professional way was very disappointing. They do not have a good system to communicate with the company doing the printing of the covers.”

“The fabric doesn't fit the frame. We had three employees at a show trying to zip it around the frame and we couldn't make the end touch let alone zip.”

“The order did not go through quality control despite of what I was told by customer service. The retraction mechanism and hooks of the banner were broken. The banners were frayed and the fabric was see through. The print head must have been dirt as the banners had big lines across the imprint area and were wrinkled. I had to reach out numerous time to get a status update and I still haven't heard back about a refund. Customer service was not helpful or cared about fixing the issues, they'd rather settle on a refund.”

“We ordered two big post up stand photo backdrops and they're great! Beautiful, good quality, nice fabric, super easy to set up. Only downsides were that we used them outside on a fairly windy day and they had to be tied to a few things to keep them from blowing over because the included footstand things weren't enough to keep them stable (inside/non-windy they would have been fine I think).”
