“Good and fast service”

“My friend was thrilled with her gift but after checking all the packaging had no idea who it was from. After a few days I had to call and ask if she had received her gift which was a bit awkward. I'm sure it was just a mistake but wanted you to know. I'm so pleased to find you and will certainly be back. Knowing your gift is going through the letter box is much easier than worrying the recipient might be away etc. Thank you. Brilliant service. Very happy.”

“My daughter loved the packaging and quirky gift. I was very unimpressed that first class post took 5 days. I was impressed by the speed my order was processed and my concern about lack of gift arriving in a decent time frame. Royal Mail undermined the quality of your service. Thank you gir reimbursing me my postage.”

“I was very pleased with the service and help given. The small gifts that fit through letterboxes are a brilliant idea. For obvious reasons we cannot actually see the articles but the recipient seemed very pleased with it.”

It was posted First Class on the Monday morning so there must have been something wrong with the Royal Mail postage that week, I apologise that it took so long!
