“I did not receive the print. Reported it and they wouldn’t reproduce or refund even though I gave them the correct address and have never had an issue to my address before. Customer service was not at all helpful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.”

Hi Tiffany! As mentioned, UPS attempted to deliver your print but was unable to deliver to the address provided. They left a notice, and their tracking, as well as our automated emails notified you it was available for pickup at the UPS Access Point across the street. You didn't start checking on your package until weeks after the attempted delivery, and the access point is returning the package. We did explain that once it's returned to us it can be shipped back to you. It's important to remember the reason you didn't receive your package is not because of us, we printed and shipped it to the address provided.

“It was very easy to upload & receive my finished producr. I ordered a 60x50 inch print for my high school football team. The quality was almost the same as my professional color lab for 1/2 the cost.”

“My renderings did not come out as expected. They printed out a lot darker than the document I uploaded and as a result lost a lot of detail in the prints. Was very unhappy and had to present a digital copy.”

Hi Andrea! Thanks for reaching out. In checking the uploaded files, they are extremely dark with almost no contrast, as were the proofs provided. We can always be contacted to work through reprints of corrected images when there is an issue. Thank you!

“Excellent and responsive customer service! One poster i left a special request to cut extra white off at the bottom that was left due to the image itself being poorly made. They cut it, which I'm very grateful! The poster looks wonderful. One of my posters came out with a strange error and they helped me figure out why my poster came out odd! They did a reprint for free once we figured out what happened, and I'm very grateful they were honest. Even the error poster came out beautifully. I ordered another but it is a christmas present, so I will not show it. Would absolutely use this service again for posters! (Nevermind, the website won't let me post any pictures)”
