“I've ordered probably close to a dozen prints from Posterprintshop - including matte and glossy large-scale posters and canvas prints - and each one has been exceptional. I am always so impressed with the lightning-fast shipping, care with which they pack my prints, and how vivid the colors always look! The resolution sizing tool is really accurate as well, which I appreciate. I will be a forever customer and continue to highly recommend custom prints here!”

“Most impressed with the quality and the careful wrapping for shipping. My order was for a 16X12 canvas print. The quality and weight of the canvas was great. I mounted the the print onto a stretch frame. The borders I added allowed the complete actual image to fit perfectly on the front of the framing. The image quality was excellent. Thanks for a great job,,more orders will be coming.”

“Thought I chose a much bigger poster size, and was very disappointed with the delivery charge on my account , especially because the package was never attempted to be delivered. Instead I had to pickup the package from the postal office. Delivery charges should’ve been less than 9.99.”

Hi Diana! We're not sure how to make shipping a poster tube across country any less than we charge. Unfortunately, carriers do charge to ship packages. It actually costs $12.90 for USPS mail to your address. We charge an economical $9.99 as a flat rate to assist price conscious customers by subsidizing some of the shipping costs ourselves. It seems most of the is review is related to the carrier you chose at checkout, the USPS, as they are responsible for handling the package to your doorstep, where it shows an attempted delivery was made before leaving a notice it was at the USPS (they would have had to attempt to deliver to leave a notice in the first place.). We did print and ship the size poster that was ordered.

“Love the print and quality!! The roll it came it rubbed my photo in a spot and took the picture off the paper it’s not too bad to notice it’s in the sky portion of my photo other than that great affordable and fast delivery .. only place I could find a 3ft by 4ft print! Haha”

Hi Nancy! We're so happy to hear your love our product. It seems your review is actually of USPS? In checking your orders, they are delivering on time, but you're complaining they are slow. USPS Mail is the slowest (and cheapest) shipping method we offer for those people who want to save a little money but have plenty of time to receive their print. It seems you aren't happy with the quoted arrival dates, even though everything is on time. Might we suggest choosing a different shipping service when you check out next, as we ship using the shipping service YOU choose during checkout. Thank you1

“I was skeptical to order because of the lack of reviews but I Ordered 2 large poster prints and they turned out so good!! The photo quality is so nice for a 24x40”. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Highly recommend!!”
