I was very impressed with the Post office this week and would like to congratulate them on an excellent service. Due to Covid Tier 4 restrictions, I had to send christmas stuff to Sleaford from Flitwick. I parcelled my items and put second class postage on them and posted the parcels on Monday 21st December 2020 and they arrived in Sleaford at my son's address on Wednesday 23rd December. I was very impressed by the excellent service especially in these very difficult times.

Unfortunately, despite specifying a safe place for delivery, my parcel was left with a neighbour. Not particularly an issue for me but am left wondering why you ask customers to designate safe places and then ignore what they have requested. Obviously human error but still disappointing service.

Post office @ Dovehouse Lane Solihull West Midlands It’s the slowest moving queue ever experienced. The female staff friendly but not trained. They are so so slow I cannot go anymore The manager owner Asian guy is rude and ignorant. He should not be in any customer service environment. Very very rude man

Newton Abbot Costcutter Post Office. We asked the Post Office for the cheapest method to send 29kg worth of exam papers. We were given bags to put them in and then charged £212!!! Colleague went to the same Post Office and served by the same staff to send 1kg less and was charged less than half what we were charged?!!!!! We asked for the difference refunded and have been refused, no apology from staff and phone number she provided for customer services didn't work. We trusted staff with their advice but they provided the incorrect advice which ended up as our money in their pockets! Appalling service, no honesty, incapable staff. Do not use the Post Office, especially this branch.

I am extremely greatful for the fantastic service I received from a guy named Andrew from Northfield Post Office, he was an absolute delight and could t help me enough when renewing my passports. Honestly he made the whole experience as less stressful as I could be. He took time and effort with everything and it is so nice to know that good people still exsist , well done Andrew what a great help and great person you are thank you

I am extremely grateful to post office attendant Ms Dua 1460013 at Putney Post Office shop counter. I had a number of queries for change of addresses which included a recent bereavement of my husband. Ms Dua was very helpful and concise when I found the online service wasn’t able to deal with my query. I find post office counter staff don’t get the recognition they deserve. They are a valuable service. Thank you, Louise F

Want to play a fun game over Christmas. Why not send a tracked parcel with the Royal Mail. Royal Mail will loose it for you. Then you can try to call them and get through the hundreds of pre-recorded auto messages. Can you make it through and talk to someone? Next they will tell you you're tracked item is actually not really tracked, its gone. How exciting. Now up to you to make a claim, you might get a response within 90 days for international packages. Why don't you, in the mean time, take the whole family out for a lost parcel hunt? Lots of fun! And the best part of it is that a Tracked parcel is ONLY £12.60. Sending parcels has never been so fun. Thanks Royal Mail!

I've tried to use the Nether Hall Post Office in Leicester 3 times now, going back each time, dismissing the attendants unhelpful attitude as a 'one off.' Every time 'Hakim' (a false name I'm sure) the attendant goes out of his way by denying service and lying to my face with he reasons why. He's a small old, white haired man and the only now there. Today I had prepai at home, for 2 parcels going internationally and one large letter going within UK. The UK one he processed. The parcel to Germany he processed and put the parcel in the sack. Now, when we came to the USA parcel I asked for a customs label, he gave it to me. As I begin to fill it out he says the item isn't scanning, there is a barcode missing. Then goes on to take the Germany parcel back from the sack and says he can't process either due to the barcodes missing. He tells me to go to the Central post office. Even though he printed a receipt for the Germany parcel. I knew at this stage he was not processing them for a reason, not the one he was telling me, he was definitely lying because I went to another post office close by and they processed them no problems. I do not know his motives for lying and NOT DOING HIS JOB, nor do I care. He's a lazy, disgustingly wretched little man who must take pleasure in denying service. He even shows you the computer screen and points to it. The real life version of 'Computer says No.' Its not acceptable. Please can someone do something about this? I know it might be a franchise but surely every Post Office has standards and rules. This man is many things I cannot write here. Goodness, I can't wait until Karma pays him back.

Post office Epsom - worst customer service in Epsom! I dealt with the man working behind the shop counter and he had the worst attitude. The other staff at the place also have a really rude attitude. My advice is, if they do not want to work and provide a service then please don’t work and shut the place down. If you do not know how to treat your customers then why are you in such a role..you are in a customer service role so it is fair that you treat your customers with respect. If you don’t want to work then quit. If I treated people that way at my work I would get disciplined!

1000% BROKEN ELECTRONIC IDENTITY SYSTEM VIOLATING PRIVACY Over a million people are needing to use GOV UK sites to claim business relief, the post office identity system was always cracked and broken and not fit for normal use, let alone COVID-19 headaches and runny noses so imagine a war! Identification requires two forms and some people have to use a second form like a credit card for part of the identity. However the post office VIOLATES PRIVACY by then using credit reference agencies and asking when you last had a loan; which many people simply can't remember! The violation of privacy is clear to see by looking at the SHOCKED REACTION on peoples faces. This is HORIFFIC WTF!!!! If that is not bad enough, the electronic identity system DESCRIMINATES agains married women. Have you changed your name? YES, the consequence is that you can't be identified sorry. I KID YOU NOT! THAT IS A CASE FOR LEGAL ACTION RIGHT NOW. AND RIOTS TOO. Have the gov sites uk outsourced their system to companies in other countries? So what tax is therefor collected for the profits these outsourced companies make? NONE and WE HAVE CIVIL BREAKDOWN. Worse GOV.UK websites are in BETA form yet "IN FULL USE" and rely on the PO sadly! WAIT FOR THE RIOTS PO and GOV.UK YOU BOTH SUCK! RIOTS STARTING: Post Office IDENTITY SYSTEM IS BROKEN BY COVID-19 you can bet on it you incompetent more ... ons!

The worst ever internet provider in the… The worst ever internet provider in the whole UK, I have no words to describe the internet speed of this provider, 0.004kb download and 0.0001 upload, you can't even make a basic search not say youtube or working. Go to any other provider. Avoid at any costs Post Office Broadband. I have attached a picture with the actual speed and not what they advertised. this speed is when its actually working.

How come anytime a greeting card arrives it's been opened and tampered with? I wouldn't mind too much if it was a one of, but it's been going on for years and years now. I reckon you should remove that royal crown logo, well at least until you get rid of the thieves sorting our mail out.
