“What a low lives working at the post office... in one month two parcels came empty and open.”

“WHSmiths have a had a franchise to run the Post Office counter services for the last 10 years and you would have thought they got better at every step of the way in customer service. I urge the Post Office chief’s to carry out an independent customer experience to satisfy themselves to see what the reality is. Customer service very very poor Waiting time anything up to 45 minutes Incompetent staff with 3 days basic keyboard training. One staff serving a queue of up to 30 people. Stressed staff with no please and thank you. The list is endless”

“Post Office Phone Line and Broadband. STAY AWAY. The price speaks VOLUMES. STAY AWAY. Rude, condescending, inept "service" techs. Worst experience of my life. BT is a dream compared to these morons!”

“The International Tracked and Signature service, "we aim" to deliver within 3/5 day's or so you thought as you hand over £8.00 for a letter. This premium service took 13 day's to travel across the channel to France, next time use a alternative or a PIGEON!!”

“I am absolutely disgusted with Post Office Banking. They closed all their Current Accounts in Sept 2019. I gave them instructions to transfer my money to my nominated account on 19th Sept but I have never received my money. I have phoned and written to them several times and am getting nowhere. I am now told I have to wait till 27th Nov to find out anything. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT USE POST OFFICE BANKING AT ANY COST.”

“Our post mistress is horrible to all her customers at clock face post office in st helens.a lot of customers have stopped going in. She blocked our card so we could not get money she said there was an error on it. But it was ok at other post offices her name is Shirley Chan. Do not go in .she doesn't deserve the custom.”

“I would like to thank the post office staff at Windsor branch 38-39 Peascod Street SL4 1AA for the best service I receive every time I go there. I would particularly like to mention Shahid's name who has been working in this branch for a very long time, he is very polite and always very smiley. Thank you all very much indeed”

“Easy way to get my travel money~(euros) and at a much better rate than anywhere else. I done it online in less than 5 mins. I chose to collect from local office but you can have it delivered. excellent service, no hassle at all. I will use again”

“Slow, slow, slow. Only one desk open and this was at 09:30 on a Tuesday morning. Dire. Took ages to get served. Only go there if I have to as the service hasn't improved in years. Dinosaur system.”

“I needed to return a car part for refund, the staff helped me through the process and advised me on the options regarding insurance and tracking. Tracking showed wher the parcel was and when it was delivered. First class service all round.”
