“I was very impressed with the Post office this week and would like to congratulate them on an excellent service. Due to Covid Tier 4 restrictions, I had to send christmas stuff to Sleaford from Flitwick. I parcelled my items and put second class postage on them and posted the parcels on Monday 21st December 2020 and they arrived in Sleaford at my son's address on Wednesday 23rd December. I was very impressed by the excellent service especially in these very difficult times.”

“I am extremely greatful for the fantastic service I received from a guy named Andrew from Northfield Post Office, he was an absolute delight and could t help me enough when renewing my passports. Honestly he made the whole experience as less stressful as I could be. He took time and effort with everything and it is so nice to know that good people still exsist , well done Andrew what a great help and great person you are thank you”

“I am extremely grateful to post office attendant Ms Dua 1460013 at Putney Post Office shop counter. I had a number of queries for change of addresses which included a recent bereavement of my husband. Ms Dua was very helpful and concise when I found the online service wasn’t able to deal with my query. I find post office counter staff don’t get the recognition they deserve. They are a valuable service. Thank you, Louise F”

“The heroes of England, that don’t get mentioned, our post office staff and post men are always fantastic, but during this viruses have excelled , just can’t Thank them all enough , from posting , still always smiling always helpful even making path ways safe brushing up leaves , coming out and helping us always keeping us safe and the post men go out of there way to help people even though so busy , you have kept this country going you are heroes never complaining thank you”

“Our post mistress is horrible to all her customers at clock face post office in st helens.a lot of customers have stopped going in. She blocked our card so we could not get money she said there was an error on it. But it was ok at other post offices her name is Shirley Chan. Do not go in .she doesn't deserve the custom.”

“I would like to thank the post office staff at Windsor branch 38-39 Peascod Street SL4 1AA for the best service I receive every time I go there. I would particularly like to mention Shahid's name who has been working in this branch for a very long time, he is very polite and always very smiley. Thank you all very much indeed”

“Easy way to get my travel money~(euros) and at a much better rate than anywhere else. I done it online in less than 5 mins. I chose to collect from local office but you can have it delivered. excellent service, no hassle at all. I will use again”

“I needed to return a car part for refund, the staff helped me through the process and advised me on the options regarding insurance and tracking. Tracking showed wher the parcel was and when it was delivered. First class service all round.”

“Vicky in Cardigan (Wales) Post office provided a service that was totally professional, and offered that refreshing experience so rare nowadays, of customer satisfaction. The only reason 5 stars were not given, was because (and possibly down to security issues), there were not sufficient funds on hand to effect a currency exchange. However, a 24 hour delay before the transaction would be completed did not seem unreasonable.”

“post Office, Wednesfield High Street, i went in 29/9/21 and asked about renewing my passport, young lady behind counter said if you've got your passport we can do it right now for you it will be done digitally and sent away to passport office . she explained the process and even helped with the photo booth, and took payment on my credit card, all done within 15 minutes. fantastic service and very very helpfull, i've now had a txt off passport office telling me that my application has been approved and my passport is being dispatced to me as soon as possable , all this in less than 3 weeks, brilliant 12/10/21, yours Mr S Turner”
