“I wasn't happy with the condition of a book I purchased - I didn't realise it was an off mint book or know the definition of such a volume. Postscript handles my concern admirably and all was well that ended well. I thoroughly recommend the company and will have no hesitation in using their services again in the future.”

“I frequently order books from your company. I like the presentation style of your brochure and congratulate you on the range of publications on offer. I mostly order for my three primary school age grandchildren. I am a retired head teacher and recognise the value of books as a source of information and enjoyment. My only criticism concerns the range of literature available for the upper juniors. There seem to be plenty of stories for nursery/infant children but little for children around ten years of age. Perhaps you could take this on board and order more for this age group. Ruth Andreski”

“Very good selection of books at a reasonable prices. I've been with Postscript for many years... and yes bought many books! I really enjoy looking through the Postscript catalogues and take notes of ones I will order later on... I also enjoy having a good look on the website.”

We find Evri to be an effective courier with 99% of our parcels being delivered within the stated SLA. However, I'm keen to address your concerns and would be interested to hear more information about your individual experience with them. “i have been a customer for many years and do not find on line ordering (free postage!) any easier! my only 'cpmplaint'! Choice of books to suit most customers and delivery serviice very good I will continue to buy although I am gradually 'clearing books and bookcases'”
