“I think Postcript is an excellent book seller. I have never recieved a damaged book from them, they are always in perfect mint condition and very well packed. However, I have noticed recently that their website needs closer attention, with the mis-categorising of books. For instance, as a historian its puzzling to find Roman and 18th century books in the 'Medieval' category, and others omited from their correct category. So browsing becomes less enjoyable. If this was rectified I would gladly give Postcript 5 stars.”

“I think customer services is very good, most of the time ordering on line is ok, I had a problem on Monday the 14th January as I was trying to order a calendar and every time I went to pay it said that my basket was empty so I had to start again. I managed to order the calendar but it looked like I was just ordering one and it picked up all of the others so I suddenly I had ordered five! Thanks to customer services it was all sorted out and I am hoping to get my calendar tomorrow. I also think the delivery company are good as well.”

“Always look forward to the new catalogue but selection seems a bit less exciting lately. Delivery always goid and quick. A suggestion; if a book has any damage or marks it shoukd be printed more clearly, perhaps at the start of the summary? If a book's interesting it's easy to miss this wherd it's currently printed.”

“Not happy when I realised that Postscript Books had changed their carrier to Evri since I have not been happy with the service I have received from them in the past. I managed to have my delivery made by an efficient and pleasant young man so was pleased. Books ordered were well packaged and as described.”

“Only problem with Postscript is searching for a book on the website. So many categories and books don't always fit into one neatly. Try having a global search of whole site.”

“I find there is something of interest most months and the low prices lead me to get books I might otherwise never have read. As an author myself I do wince a bit when I see books being sold cheaply but I'm well aware of the nature of the market. The delivery service is very good and I have never had a problem with it. You might like to note that in quite a few cases once I have read a book I pass it on to a charity, often our local Hospice who I know are grateful to receive books. “Postscript Books are a wonderful concept. It enables one to purchase interesting books at a very low price. It also sells games, cards etc at a low price and delivery is always prompt. Please keep going!!”
