Hi Valerie, I’m sorry to hear that you’re not happy with our pricing for orders placed over the phone. The prices of our titles are the same both online and, in our catalogue, with the only difference being the post and packaging, which is free for orders placed online over the value of £25. The reason we charge for post and packaging when ordering over the phone is because placing your order with one of our Order Processors offers an enhanced service. Our knowledgeable Order Processors can provide additional information on titles where required and can also inform you of any titles previously ordered, amongst other things. Placing an order online removes the requirement for human intervention and allows us to pass this benefit on to our customers.
