“Could only be better if the reviews were longer:I’ve only been disappointed on a very few occasions-and the price means that that’s negligible. Otherwise I’d appreciate free postage for loyal customers!-I know that that works online,but I’ve never been able to do it.”

“The quality and price of the books are excellent. The ordering service and advice on the telephone are fine. I am pleased the packaging is all recyclable. The delivery service needs improving. Evri have left my deliveries on the door step, and in the recycling bin! /they never turn up at the time they say they will.”

“Generally a good selection, but if books are out of stock they don't give customers a chance to cancel the order, but merely credit the customer's account. And they don't include the postage charge in the credit. Also delivery is extremely slow.”

We receive a large quantity of mail orders every day and unfortunately, we are unable to contact all our customers regarding out-of-stock titles. When you receive your order, it will be marked on your despatch note to say the item is out of stock. If you would rather not have a credit, then you can contact us, and we shall refund you the value of the credit. I can see that the most recent orders you have placed with us were delivered within the 3-5 working day timeframe. If the delivery is delayed beyond this, please feel free to get in touch and we will investigate what we can do to help. Alternatively, you can opt for a next working day service if the items are required urgently.

“I love shopping for books at PostScript, the choice is immense, not only that but I find many books that make me curious. Recently I have bought art books, history books, countryside books and more. I look forward to receiving the monthly catalogue, the prices are great so I can add a couple of extras to my order.”

“Excellent value.Helpful people when you phone.However the delivery service is very unhelpful,we are very elderly and the deliverers don't ring the doorbell they just dump the parcels outside the door and it is not very easy for us to pick them up.”
