“Extremely good service but I do have difficulty with ordering on line. A bit confusing at times but your staff are extremely good and to be honest I would rather speak to a person than deal with a machine.”

“It might help if the books advertised in your brochure actually existed at the time of ordering. I was deeply disappointed not to receive the books I ordered (twice now). Not good enough if you want to keep my custom.”
