“I'm not sure what can be written other than everything matches my expectations. I.e., I go to the site, I order the books, (although getting several books coming up when you enter a code seems to indicate a weakness in the identification process.) the books arrive within the stated period. All of this is in line with my expectations. When what is received is as expected then the response is neither 'good' nor 'bad'; simply "not bad", "acceptable", "Ok" etc. I have promoted the company to colleagues in my reading group and some have taken out memberships. I will be leaving some past catalogues with several craft groups on Wednesday and some members may take out memberships with Postscript.”

“Rapid delivery. Good range books.....particularly appreciated teacher's choice as I was buying for grandchildren in France and it's hard to select books for an age range of 9-14 of both sexes. Difficult to sieve out juvenile and late teens reading subjects. Website a bit 'wooden' lots of book cover photos, but a bit thin on resumes of content making it hard to judge suitability.”

“Amazing book and price ruined because of the delivery process and packaging.Book has bashed binding.I’ve read reviews of this happening quite often but gave you the benefit of the doubt to no avail. Please listen to the reviews guys!!!!”

Hi John, I am sorry to hear that your book was damaged in transit. If you would like us to replace the book then please just contact our customer service team at help@psbooks.co.uk with some images, I am sure they will be happy to help you. Thank you for the feedback on our packaging. We do deliver thousands of parcels every day and we actually see very few concerns about damages being raised in relation to the volume we send. In regards to changing the packaging; due to how we ethically source our boxes, wrapping and the providers we use, this process does take time, but we feel it is time well spent to do it right. As such, we are presently reviewing our current solutions and you will hopefully see our new and improved packaging very soon.
