Quick to take money for goods they said were in stock and had delivery dates of 1 week.... 2 weeks later I decided to chase up my delivery only to be told middle of May stock would be now be available. Couldn’t have informed me sooner !!!! Waiting for me to contact them is not acceptable service ... So now waiting for refund of nearly £1k so I can try and purchase from a company who has stock..... Why pretend you have stock ??? Why take my money ??? Why no information about my order ??? Will never use again !!!!!

I don't even know where to begin. I've since been blocked off both their Facebook page and Instagram for daring to speak to other customers about the whereabouts of everyones money and orders. It's very simple what they've done and it's exactly why they've blocked me. Powerhouse continued to take money from customers knowing that they didn't have any stock of the products being ordered. They won't respond on the phone, chat or email. They're delaying responding to customers until they get stock again... If you look on comments it shows certain people having being contacted to advise the product they ordered is now out of stock and due the end of May. They're not responding to people because they can hold off as long as possible until they get stock. Otherwise they will have to refund you and also anyone that has requested a refund or cancellation too. Tell me, in this time, if this company go bust, as a lot of businesses are... Where does that leave you with your money? It doesn't. It's disgraceful what you have done as a company and you know it otherwise you wouldn't have blocked me! I have received my refund today after speaking with Paypal about their activity and what they're doing. 400 comments and increasing by the minute of customers who have no orders, no replies, half orders.... Shocking!

Avoid using this company at all costs. Well aware that under the circumstances a company like this will be incredibly busy but how hard is it to communicate with customers in regards to their orders? Quick enough to take the money out your account (no problems there surprisingly) but they don’t answer emails or pick up the phone when trying to find out whether the order has been sent out or even processed at all. Shambles of a company. Avoid!

Weeks ago I ordered a weight bar with a set of weights. Weeks later the bar turned up and the driver said 'he had mislaid the corresponding weights'!! Nobody at the company is answering the phone, they are also not replying to my emails. This is ABSOLUTELY appalling service. They have taken my money so I am now unable to purchase from a different company until this is resolved. I have even tried to write to the CEO and had no reply from him!! I am fully intending to take this to the press to show the total exploitation of what is a national disaster right now. A despicable company who take your money and fail to respond.

Had to cancel order after the worst customer service. Made order, no communication for 9 days but they took the money quickly enough. Still waiting for confirmation of cancellation and refund. Genuinely awful experience. Will never use them again.

Took over a week to advise no stock. Customer care team is laughable. Decided to email and question me about my instagram comment morr rather than update me on my order. Really bad customer service. DO NOT BUY

Made a 1.4k order on Wednesday 18/03/20 (estimated delivery was 3-5 days). On Thursday 19/03/20 I contacted the customer service team to make sure everything I ordered was in stock and was told that all the rubber plates I ordered were now out of stock so I changed them all to cast iron. (Everything else I ordered was fine so no problems) So far I have received only 2 X 10kg plates. And no dispatch for any of my other purchases and impossible to get hold of anyone. (I understand its a busy time, but seems they are really struggling. They are still continuing to accept orders on their site, maybe this should be paused to allow them to concentrate on the order they already have). Seems like they have possibly sold items they don't have in stock. Although everything I ordered was shown as in stock and this was again also clarified to me by a customer service rep on the 19/03/20 but still no dispatch. I would have rather just have been told they don't have it so I could have shopped elsewhere. I also ordered other items from the likes of Komodo sports and sports direct on the same day and they all arrived within 3 days. I chose to buy with powerhouse fitness as I have previously shopped with them back in 2015 and everything was excellent so I trusted it would be this time (order number 400106011 07/09/15). However will definitely consider shopping elsewhere in the future now.

I have purchased a spin bike several months ago. It hasn't been moved from where it was set up and after a few months of using it I noticed one of the peddles wasnt turning smoothly anymore... After back and forth emails from various "customer service" personnel over the course of many days being fed a load of fables and having the buck get passed from person to person, department to department - I am now being ignored and phonecalls are not being answered!! To say that I am unhappy is an understatement. And I urge anyone reading this to seriously reconsider their options.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star to be honest! It has taken over a week to receive my order and now I have found that it is faulty! I have called them at least 10 times and no one picks up, you can only leave a message and no one has called me back. I have sent numerous emails just to be sent an automated response back! I have never experienced such awful customer care! I will NEVER be using this company again... So terribly frustrating and dissapointing!

Received my treadmill,only to find the electric cable had been so badly bent that bare wires were showing,I’ve written to them umpteen times,no response,then someone DID get back to me saying they would get the general manager to call me ASAP but nothing,customer service is appalling and I would urge people NOT to use this company

I've had the worst ever delivery experience with this cheap product provider: 1. I never received an order number from them - I need to contact you actively to find out the progress of my delivery. 2. I received an email from them at the beginning of the week saying they will provide the driver's contact number and estimated delivery date. But there's none follow-up. 3. I've been waiting at home two days to wait for their delivery and their diver NEVER called my mobile number. 4. I received two voicemail from the delivery deport saying the delivery has been attempted but no one at home... 5. I tried two days to call your deport: 03308380381 - number left in my voicebox but no one answers after hours of waiting. 6. After many rounds of calls, I was guided to call 03308380380, where I was told there wasn't planned delivery for today but tomorrow! They sent me an email yesterday specifically mentioned I should expect my re-delivery today!

Awful awful awful customer service. No one ever gets back to you via phone or email. I have a faulty rower and cross trainer and this has caused me hours of anxiety trying to get it sorted.... and it's still not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful company if you have an issue. They do not answer emails for 7 days and phone always rings out. I bought a spin bike which was badly damaged by the delivery driver. I asked for a refund and was told the bike would have to be picked IP first which is fine but they asked me to stay in 3 different occasions and noone turned up. I am now going to resolve this through trading standards as the technical support team don't have a clue what they are doing and I have lost £600 in wages due to days off waiting for the delivery company to pick up the bike.

I ORDERED AND PAID £99.99 FOR AN iFIT SUBSCRIPTION, I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE I WOULD RECEIVE A CODE STRAIGHT AFTER PAYMENT TO REDEEM. I HAVE RECEIVED NO CODE AND A VERY UN-HELPFUL TELEPHONE SUPPORT WHEN CHASING THIS. ALSO THEY HAD A SAVE7 OFFER SO I SHOULD HAVE PAID £92.99 BUT THIS DID NOT WORK SO ENDED UP GETTING CHARGED £99.99

DO NOT pay for express delivery!! Put an order in for a cable machine and paid express delivery so it arrived before the weekend. Later found out that powerhouse fitness use XDP as their courier. Had I known this I would not have ordered! I then sat in for 2 days waiting on the order as the tracking info provided said it was being delivered. On the 3rd day I contacted powerhouse fitness as XDP will only speak to the courier! Powerhouse fitness have said that they will refund the £15 however this is still unsatisfying as it’s now the weekend before Christmas and I have no time to sit in and wait on this arriving. I asked for a time slot to make things easier as my request to collect the fitness machine from the depo myself for rejected. I was then given a 2 hour time slot, planned my full day around it, for it to again, NOT SHOW UP! Now I have tried to call powerhouse fitness for the last hour and no answer! This is the only way I can contact XDP as they will only speak to the courier. Another day completely wasted! I am not amused at all and will most likely cancel the full order. Powerhouse fitness should use more reliable and reputable couriers than this! Very unsatisfied and will be ordering the rest of the gym equipment elsewhere.

This company and the courier they use is some kind of joke. I've put my order on 2nd of September, and after few days of waiting and chasing them, I was informed that my delivery will be on 16th of September!!! They need 2 weeks to deliver goods (maybe they are walking not driving???) I have put my resignation and hope to never use them again. I am really dissapointed!
