My son has been emailing for weeks to get a refund and collection of exercise bike which is completely broken. It is now sitting on the landing of his block of flats, bubble wrapped and with a notice for the company. He has since moved. No customer service!!!! Take people's money £300 and take no further responsibility.

Ordered a treadmill from Powerhouse fitness in march, arrived quite quickly considering lockdown. That's where the good service ends, treadmill was faulty, was asked to send a video via email which we did. This was sent to technical support. Weeks later it was suggested we take the treadmill apart to check the fault, sorry but this wasnt happening. We was not prepared to dismantle the treadmill that should have been checked before dispatch. Eventually a replacement was arranged. This had now been going on for so long that we had actually moved house! Our replacement was sent to the new address and they arranged collection of the faulty treadmill from the old address!!! We currently have two treadmills stuck in our garage, we have been unable to check the new treadmill as we dont have the space to unpack it. We have been in contact with the company several times to change the collection address so we can arrange collection. Absolutely terrible customer service, would never deal with them again.

Faulty item with online order, sent video in as requested, but no ignoring my emails about returning the faulty item. Called, emailed and been on live chat but they are trying there best to make it difficult to return a faulty item.

If I could have rated less than 1 star I would have selected it ABSOLUTE JOKE of a company Took over 8WEEKS in total for my order to be delivered. Delivery came in three batches and only after numerous and I mean numerous emails did they deliver Finally used PayPal resolution service which was great . Customer service 0/10 and communication the same . Unless you want grief and anxiety don’t touch this company

Awful customer service, they’re just interested in taking your money and not bothered about anything else. I waited several weeks for the cross trainer to arrive and when it did it was broken Waited another month for an engineer and been told now it’s two more weeks Absolute joke considering I bought the machine for lockdown and we’ll be out soon

Avoid this business at all costs! my experience with this company is the most frustrating and worst I've had with any company. Save yourself time and effort by using anyone else. Ordered a Rebook Deck on the 23rd of March. They messed up my order and sent me a Rebook Step. Its now the 5th of May (39 days later) and I am still trying to get a refund. They have lied 4 times, saying the item would be picked up by a courier company called XDP Express who are just as useless. No one came to pick up the item, every time a time and date was given. Customer service is non-existent. They have been ignoring my emails, giving me no explanation as to why no one has collected the item. They would email back with another generic email, giving another fictional date to pick up the item, which of course no one came to pick up. To this date, I still have no idea what is going on. As I used Paypal to purchase the item, I have had to get them involved. In summary, if you want to use a company who can't send the correct order, is incompetent, is unable to perform the simple task of arranging a pick up, wont refund you, has non-existent customer service and will hold your money hostage for 39 days and counting... go nuts!

Ordered and paid for an item (last one) on Monday, was sent an email saying it was being picked then would be dispatched. Tuesday received email saying that due to a ‘stock discrepancy’ they couldn’t fulfil the order and would be refunded. Waited till today (Thursday) for refund back to bank. Have just checked and apparently the item is in stock. That must have known the item was coming back into stock- could they not have asked if I wanted to delay my order for a couple of days? They’ve also had the cheek to keep me on their mailing list. Like I’m gonna buy anything from them again. Clowns.

I am so pleased I looked at these reviews - was going to place an order for a £1k bike and now will look somewhere else as Powerhouse Fitness look very unreliable. Thank you for your reviews & hope you get your money back.

I bought a dumbbell set and I did not receive the weight plates just the sticks. I wrote them and I didn' t get any answer or refund. Really bad, I reported them to the trading standard and i m going to report them to the internet police too.

They are unreachable by phone and are now also not responding to emails. They sent out an incomplete order, it was missing two 5kg disks so I raised this by email on the day of delivery. I ordered 4 x 10kg and 4 x 5kg disks - they dispatched 5 packages (shown on their dispatch/tracing note) 4 x 10Kg's and 1 package that contained 2 x 5kg disks.. Their customer service rep said she couldn't help and that their transport team would have to help me so I asked to be put in touch with them and she didn't reply! Really dreadful customer service tbh! Steer clear!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Made several orders before the Corona virus lockdown began, all for items that were in stock when delivery times were 3-5 days. One item (a small bench) arrived after a week. Of a pair of dumbbells only a single dumbbell arrived after about 10 days, with no information as to what happened to the other dumbbell. All my other orders are MIA, no information or updates on their website as to what has happened and it has been over 2 weeks. No response to my emails. They suggest using Live Chat, but it is never working. Seems they have taken money for items they don't have and are just keeping it without informing customers or allowing them any kind of recourse. This is the worst customer service I have seen. Items ordered from other fitness stores after the lockdown began have already arrived.

Purchased a product worth £600 but never received a confirmation/receipt from the seller. They assured several times via e-mail everything was fine and kept us waiting for over 2 weeks after which they suddenly changed estimated delivery date in FOUR months (!) No further answers to cancellation/refund queries or updates. Lack of customer service, system that doesn't work and seller unable to fulfil orders but yet, still accepting payments. Absolutely disgraceful and deeply disappointing.

Absolutely appalling. Continuing to take orders whilst not fulfilling existing ones and failing to respond to emails. All methods of contacting this company have been removed - no operative phone lines, no operative web chat and zero response to emails. Coronavirus is NOT an excuse for failure to operate phone lines. These are easily diverted so calls could be taken by members of staff working from home. Failing to fulfil existing orders whilst continuing to take new orders for the same equipment (ie. apparently in stock equipment) is unacceptable. It’s fraudulent. And I mean that in it’s true sense. This company has no intention of delivering your equipment in the timescale that is even now suggested let alone the timescale previously indicated, if at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY as you are highly likely to end up out of pocket (to the tune of £2k in my case) and very angry.

Placed an order early March with 10 day delivery slot . Have now sent 2 emails and tried calling but no response and the phones arent being answered. Poor customer service isnt the case its non existent.
