Worst experience of online shopping i have EVER had!! Bench i bought was missing a part. 3 weeks later and still no part. I will never use them again

I bought a proform cross trainer, it broke 9 weeks ago, it took 4 weeks for you to indicate it could not be repaired and I have now been waiting 4 weeks for a refund. I keep being told you need to wait for the manufacturer but the contract I have is with you. Terrible service and attitude. CFlealy a poor service and poor products a relative bought the same machine and it also broke in the same way. Avoid.

Faulty rower took 5 weeks to collect. Then was promised an immediate refund due to the inconvenience and I’m still waiting for the refund or a manager to have the decency to call and ensure this was processed. After sales very poor and accounts department issuing refunds are even worse! Avoid

After a month of many emails to have my elliptical fix. The company sent me a link to pay £215 for the repair. One week later passed and none one contacted me. When I contacted customer service, oh surprise. Quote the answer from customer service: "Unfortunately this part can take up to 6 months as we have no stock in the UK" Why did the company send me the link to pay and not inform me before, that the part would take up to six months to arrive? If you guys sell fitness equipment, you should also have the parts to fix it in stock. So rude over the phone! I called with a question, poised to purchase, and luckily thought I’d better Google the company reviews to see if this company was for real after terrible customer service experience. Thanks to everyone who took the time to write these reviews as had a lucky escape from purchasing from them

I purchased an air bike based on the reviews on their website, forgetting that businesses have complete control over those and like a naive fool, I purchased. Lesson learned. The bike turned up and appeared to be okay. Once we had it assembled it was very quickly apparent that it was broken. It didn't survive a single revolution and made a lot of awful noise. The belt wasn't attached to the inside and so, the fan wouldn't turn with the pedals as there was nothing connecting them. Had a closer look and sure enough the belt was completely off, the item was broken and I'm half convinced this was used before or had taken an almighty impact that resulted in the belt coming off. It's slightly scuffed on the outside and doesn't appear brand new. I don't believe a human could remove the belt without tools which makes me think it wasn't attached at any point. Since, support have been impossible to contact, their chat facility never has anyone on it, the phone lines don't appear to have anyone answering them, emails are ignored as are contact requests through their contact page. There's zero guidance on the instructions on how to get the belt back onto the bike, it doesn't mention it so I don't think it's supposed to come off and given how hard it is to get back on, I'd be surprised. It's amazing because each time I visit this website to try to contact someone, I get automations to purchase more products and sales advisers reach out to me by email but nobody is interested in helping. Whatever you do, don't buy from this company. There are many other options.

My rowing machine broke while under warranty and it took customer services 5 months to send me completely the wrong part, so the rowing machine is still unusable. I informed them and the tech services people took my information and said customer services would get back to me within 2 days, they did and asked me how I wanted to proceed. I replied to them with a number of questions and they still have not got back to me after 2 weeks. Frankly appalling service.

Bought a rowing machine, stationary bicycle, weight bench machine, chin up bar and another 8-9 smaller pieces. Bench press, bicycle machine and rowing machine all had issues. The rowing machine the display screen was faulty when I received the product. The bicycle machine has a lot of vibration causing concern for long uses as well as the stickers which had been peeled off from the bike body, and the bench machine had issues with the seat not fitting on. 10 days after reporting the issue with photos to about 5 different people they are contacting me asking what the issue with my bench machine is and constantly being lied to and lead on with incorrect information only to receive another phone coals few days later and back to square 1 someone asking me what’s the issue with my bench machine. The chin up bar was crushed on 1 end when I had received it. All these things required relaxing with terrible service and misleading from their head office. Dominic and Georgie had tried to help me and are awesome people to deal with however issues like this is out of their control and regardless of their great customer service, they could not help me as they are not the customer care team. Overall I would never purchase anything from powerhouse fitness ever again and I definitely do NOT RECOMMEND them to any body.

It’s a real shame I am having to write this review but if you are looking at purchasing one of their exercise bikes to use regularly and not use as an expensive clothes dryer then I wouldn’t bother. The first bike I had one of the cranks snapped and I was given the option for a full refund or the bike be replaced. As the service was good at this point and I was enjoying the bike i took the option for a replacement. After about 3 months use, the same issue happened. Weak broken crank. I was again offered a full refund or the option to upgrade to a better bike. Again I decided to be a fair customer and keep my money with them and decided to upgrade. The upgraded version B10 had a water bottle holder. This was so flimsy and cheap it broke on the 2nd use. I still continued to use the bike without this as it wasn’t a major issue. A few months down the line I’m now stuck with another faulty bike which sounds possessed when you try to move any resistance making the bike unusable unless you live alone on the moon. The break pads are out of line and only 1 makes contact for resistance. All I have now been offered is replacement parts, like I know how to take the whole thing apart to fix it! I have raised a complaint and they are now refusing a refund as the other two bikes that were replaced were a ‘gesture of good will’ and in their words we have reached ‘stalemate’. Shocking customer service in handling a complaint and cheap rubbish equipment.

Customer service are terrible. A small belt on my exercise bike broke and it's still has not been replaced after 4 months. I keep getting fobbed off or ignored when I enquire. I am told it could take 6 months for the part to arrive. I will never buy anything from them again.

Customer service was absolutely shocking, save your time an money and buy your equipment else where. Once they have the money for your order they don't seem to care what happens after... all together a Very bad shopping experience!!!!!! I will NEVER use powerhouse fitness again that's for sure.

Items arrived within a week. Items faulty, requested a return the following day. I have waited 3 weeks for a collection. Numerous phone calls and emails. I wonder if this is a delay tactic in order to not return my money? Apparently, another 10 days wait for refund if/when items collected. I would AVOID, choose a company that can honor its returns policies and puts the customer first. Who knows if I will ever get my refund for the faulty goods I paid for and they sent out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered an item that never arrived. It was apparently “lost”. Assured twice that another ( or maybe 2 more) were on their way. They must be lost too…. Very careless company losing so many items. I wouldn’t waste your time or money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a Taurus Z9 Pro Racing bike for £1200. We have used it 5 times and the gears no longer work. We have tried to contact customer services but they never answer nor respond to our emails. I am stuck with a bike that cost me £1200 and does not work. I want a refund immediately!

iN SHORT STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPLETE IDIOTIC COMPANY WHO COULD NOT ORGANISE A P....S UP IN A BREWERY. COMPLETELY USELESS, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. TRY TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE THEY PASS YOU FROM HERE TO KINGDOM COME.
