“Impressed with how quick my items came, ordered Wednesday evening arrived Friday afternoon with just the free postage! Only negative is one of my tools didn’t come in it’s original packaging and the others did, it was shoved down the side (to save space I’m guessing..?) not very helpful when it’s a present, if I’m spending nearly £500 I’d like the option to have the original boxes”

“The Nail gun I ordered was as per the website , the potential problem was that it was so poorly packaged the carton was nearly falling to pieces when it was delivered and could have caused damage to the nailer . The nails ordered arrived as promised in two deliveries”

“Stanley thru-tang chisels and Wonder Wipes ordered. Arrived quicker than expected and in good condition apart from a tiny chip out of end of one chisel. One star deducted for that and for splitting delivery into two. I realise companies do this now to get things to customers ASAP, but when the items arrive just a day or two apart, it seems a bit environmentally unfriendly to me. Should be an option to wait until all items can be delivered together. People need to plan ahead with purchases and stop wanting everything ‘now’ like spoilt brats. Fewer journeys, fewer emissions, less stress for delivery drivers.”
