“Stanley thru-tang chisels and Wonder Wipes ordered. Arrived quicker than expected and in good condition apart from a tiny chip out of end of one chisel. One star deducted for that and for splitting delivery into two. I realise companies do this now to get things to customers ASAP, but when the items arrive just a day or two apart, it seems a bit environmentally unfriendly to me. Should be an option to wait until all items can be delivered together. People need to plan ahead with purchases and stop wanting everything ‘now’ like spoilt brats. Fewer journeys, fewer emissions, less stress for delivery drivers.”

“My purchase was at an excellent price. I didn't get my promised 5% off as I just missed the time by 2 seconds. Parcel arrived quickly. The contents had been previously opened, so I have no idea of what may be missing. There are a lot less fittings with this bare unit than was with a complete unit, ie, fence, blades etc. Also I noticed that the terminal block, that connects to the battery, is loose.”
