“Website, products and prices are great. When calling to try and talk about potential offers and discounts it could have been better, as I was simply directed to go to the website to place an order, as everything available was as per the website. Communication after placing the order was limited too, although everything did turn up after 3 days via DPD and was well packaged, but I mainly knew where my order was because I already had the DPD app, rather than knowing what was going on as a result of comms directly from Powertoolmate. But overall would still recommend as a good company to order from.”

“It would of been a 5 star review, because the product was perfectly priced and was delivered in good time. My only issue was when I ordered it I was asked to leave delivery instructions, so I did. Please leave in blah blah. I then got a message from DPD (courier) saying when the goods will be delivered and that they can not leave it with out a signature. Now in order to pay for this goods we need to leave the house and work. Can you please sort it so that we can have it left in a safe place. Apart from that 5*”
