“I ordered a selection of tools from them and paid for priority delivery which did come in the alloted time but was sent by two different delivery companies, once did receive them they arrived loosely in the packaging and not in original packaging, some of the items didn't get instruction manuals either”

“Was a bit difficult to get hold of someone on the phone to check stock but did eventually get through. delivery took longer than expected but they did refund me the express postage cost when I called to find out where the parcel was. Overall I was happy with the price and the goods were fine on arrival”
