“Order processed quickly and delivered free. My only mild criticism was that there was no tracking info available with the courier, which nowadays is unusual. The item purchased was significantly cheaper than alternative suppliers so I'm very pleased about that. My first time of looking at Powertoolmate and it will definitely not be the last when I'm next in the market for tools.”

“Keenly priced product, the carrier used (UPS) was a bit of a disappointment, as no advance notification was given for the delivery, consequently I was out and no redelivery was offered, item was taken to a collection point which I then had to make my way to , pay to park, carry a large item several hundred yards through s busy town, in the rain. Could have been better, a big thumbs down to UPS. Please use a different carrier.”
