“Product very good but the delivery of items not acceptable Ed ordered a circular trim saw and I treat wire twice regarding delivery first time was sent back to yourselves second time it was left in one of the stores in Colchester where I had to go and pick up myself no no for any information left through the door was not very good delivery service”

“Value excellent. Service excellent. Packaging - what packaging? The drill arrived rattling around in a box about the size of a shoe box, one sheet of brown paper inside and a hole in the box not much smaller than the drill. Thankfully undamaged but maybe some bubble wrap or a second sheet of brown paper?”

“Good price on item Easy transaction. Unfortunately the delivery company was UPS - always a nightmare when they are involved. Eventually got the item three days after they shoved a card into my post box...Didn't bother to approach house and knock.”

“Very pleased with price. I paid for rapid delivery, but one was item missing from my order when it arrived. I rang and was told it had been out of stock, but was now in the post. It arrived the next day. I don't think this should have happened, but overall I am very pleased, especially when I was refunded my delivery charge. This will not stop me buying from the company again. Thank you very much.”

“Great price cheapest I found and was even more impressed with the next day delivery only I didn’t get it the next day which was disappointing it arived the day after even though it was supposed to be next day and ups had it down for next day it took two so was a littke let down”

“Good prices and fast delivery. However my makita combi drill came withou the box. I suspect is because it did not fit the larger box as I have ordered more items, but still you want to receive your tools nicely packed. This is the only reason I give 4 stars only.”

“Happy with the price and quality of my new Milwaulkee battery, and info about my order as it progressed. Daftest overpacking yet, though. Product about 8.5cm long, 5.0cm dia max. Could have gone into my postbox. In a box 20cm x 25cm x 30cm, big enough for 50 or 60 items! As a result, had to go and fetch it from the neighbouring village. Waste all round. For your own profitability, get some padded packages/envelopes.”
