“I ordered the Milwaukee packout set with an extra organiser and tote bag very good service. The only fault was not power tool mates, it was there courier they left over £400 worth of gear on my lawn on a pallet, without asking a neighbor to take it in. It could have been stolen very easily. Other than that very good.”

“Prices are very good on power tools - in fact probably the best you can get online. Customer service not always that easy to get hold of or get a response from. They have an 'ask for a quote' facility online, but it seems they are not able to give a better price than shown online - at least not for the cordless power tools I was interested in. Although I got a little frustrated at the time it took to get my order in place, they did dispatch them quickly and the excellent price means I will shop here again if the need arises.”
