“Ordered a chainsaw kit. They only delivered the body, had to call 3 times so far and on the 3rd call was told it would be sorted. Ordered the kit 10th of August still no charger or batteries. May have been foolhardy but trusted the response I had and placed an order for something else.. will I get it all, who knows. Terrible service, steer clear.”

“POWERTOOLMATE were great, I had to call them with a question of delivery as I live in Oban Scotland, I got the answer I was expecting not an answer I was looking for but it was good enough. I ordered a 51cm Mountfield lawnmower, big and heavy hence the phone call. It was delivered in time and I helped the single driver carry the 30 odd KG box up 12 steps, it was placed into a spare bedroom. The very next day I had the task of taking it outside myself where I opend up the box and started to assemble said machine. Unfortunatly the machine comes with oil which had leaked all over the machine and took a good hour to clean off the machine using firstly rags then baby wipes and so on. Next I went to the bedroom and have seen a small oil patch on the carpet. That took the shine off of what was a great purchase.”
