“All very good a very solid well made product, however the brass ferrel on the tyre inflator could be easily 'cross threaded', when attaching to vehicle valve. So I have purchase a valve extender to protect the thread and also looking how I can connect an alternative valve connector.”

“Excellent service. Good website. The only point I would like to make is that the packing inside the box wasn't sufficient to prevent the two Makita 5Ah Li-Ion batteries from moving about inside the box and banging against each other in transit. Otherwise, everything fine.”

“Makita batteries ordered good price quick delivery but items poorly packaged. In box too big for them, some brown paper in box but insufficient to stop batteries rattling around and banging into each other. More attention to packaging needed. I have not tried the batteries yet so unsure whether they have been damaged or not.”

“Whereas UPS are doing great work delivering medical supplies, their domestic delivery system is not as good as many others. The tool I ordered from you was given a "before the end of the day" slot and so I went out to shop for food when they attempted delivery at 8:48am!! (In the end I fetched it myself from their depot)”
