“Ordering was simple no problem although was badly let down by the courier been incompetent not understanding simple information requested when arranging delivery when complaining to a member of your staff the lady was very helpful but still left instructions on my door just in case the driver didn't understand simple instructions provided”

“Ordered 1/2 gun,, with 2 batterys and charger,, gun came but no batteries or charger,, email them no response, rang number and told them no batteries or charger,, told me problem in warehouse and they would sort it,,that was on Friday 5/6/20,, so wait and see how long it takes, and if there be a good will coupon, batterys and charger arrive today 10/6/20,, (there was a weekend between the dates) very pleased to of got them as tool was no good without batterys... but no good will , coupon , but thank you powertoolmate,, and I will ordered again..”

“I rang to ensure that the items I required were in stock and was informed that they were so I immediately placed my order. However, it turns out the items weren't in stock after all and I had to wait a week for delivery. Having said that, everyone was most helpful and I am delighted with the goods, so all is good.
