“Was disappointed with part of my order my makita t-shirts were completely different too what they should have been. And also I had a message from the sales team that they didn't have any of the dhs660 in stock. But when I ordered it was available to order on the website so now got to wait for my dhs660 which will be some time in January. The sales team have, not replayed back too my messages which is bad costume series.”

“Purchased £600+ of tools, paid extra for priority delivery. Tools arrived as planned, the angle grinder sent out was the wrong type, sent back to powertool mate after speaking to them about it. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing and received no replacement item. Phoned them up and they said they’ll send it out the following day. They sent me a credit note for the tool on question and when it entails showed up over 2 weeks after paying for priority delivery, I asked how can I redeem this credit note and I was told it was a mistake and they will not even reimburse the extra postage I paid for! Very poorly ran business, go to FFX instead!”
