“Great tools, great prices but from my experience they don't call you back when asked to. This is an honest review of shopping there once and may not necessarily reflect normal service. But when someone says they will call back and they don't, that is a big issue for me! O rdered two items both in stock. I paid for 1-2 day service. One item arrived the second wasn't dispatched until a few days later.”

“It was very easy to complete the online order with powertoolmate however, the choice of delivery company was questionable as they ignored the note not to deliver before a certain time and tried to make the delivery before this when no-one was home, as it was a friday I had to wait until monday for redelivery with the same result but someone was here to receive. Powertoolmate (4 Stars) Delivery company (1 Star)”
