“POWERTOOLMATE were great, I had to call them with a question of delivery as I live in Oban Scotland, I got the answer I was expecting not an answer I was looking for but it was good enough. I ordered a 51cm Mountfield lawnmower, big and heavy hence the phone call. It was delivered in time and I helped the single driver carry the 30 odd KG box up 12 steps, it was placed into a spare bedroom. The very next day I had the task of taking it outside myself where I opend up the box and started to assemble said machine. Unfortunatly the machine comes with oil which had leaked all over the machine and took a good hour to clean off the machine using firstly rags then baby wipes and so on. Next I went to the bedroom and have seen a small oil patch on the carpet. That took the shine off of what was a great purchase.”

“Competitive prices. 4 stars for reduced online shop usability. Online shop categorisation needs improvement. Some items appear in unexpected categories and do not appear in expected. For instance as of Aug 2021 - Milwaukee M18 Caulking Gun can be fond under "hand-tools/caulking-guns", which is expected, but Milwaukee M12 Caulking Gun only appears under "power-tools/cordless-other" and can not be found in mentioned above Caulking Guns category. Kit Builder is a nice feature but again, missing some tools completely. For instance, no Milwaukee caulking guns in either M12 or M18 sections. There are many more examples like this. One has to be very determined to find some items in the online shop and I am sure this cost Power Tool Mate quite a few lost sales.”
