“The vitamin B liquid bottle was packed very well and arrived in a timely manner. I have no way of knowing if it is helping me. I’ve been using it for years based on the recommendation of my healthcare practitioner. Whenever Vitamin B levels are checked, they are within the normal range.”

“This product was recommended by my doctor due to an autoimmune disorder and I noticed a difference immediately after taking it. I had accidentally purchased a different B product here and it was very good but it was literally not what my doc ordered. When I started the Max B-ND I could tell it was being absorbed better and I’ve noticed improvements in my energy levels, brain fog and some neural issues rom being vit B depleted. Great product!”

“Orders are always filled correctly, however on this order(s) I reached out within a few minutes of placing my order. I realized that I placed a duplicate order, because I did not receive a confirmation email. I asked if one order could be canceled and the reply I received over 24 hours later is that the order went into shipping already. I could send back my duplicate order once received. This seemed like a lot of hassle on my part, so I will live with the duplicate order. I am disapointed, but have learned from my error.”

“I ordered 3 items from you. I had received 2 items. The third item i did not receive was resveratol premier which costs almost $50. You had charged for all three items. I tried to reach out from both from phone and email and did not receive a response. I am afraid to order items because I am not sure whether they will arrive.”

“I trust products from PRL, I pray I am not being fooled. I am happy with the ordering process and receiving my order in a timely manner. I am not happy with the price of everything going up, hopefully when the economy is better the prices will go down. I wish PRL would sell melatonin in a bigger bottle so I don't waste so many little bottles.”

“I appreciate the care that is given to the packaging of our orders. Our only complaint is with FedEx. For the past several months, the tracking information for our packages is incorrect. Our order is always delayed by at least one day, sometimes 2-3 days. We never have this problem with UPS.”
