“I like the quality of the products. For a couple of years everyday I experienced the typical hay fever symptoms. Now that I have been taking the supplements, I no longer have any symptoms. The products arrive within 2 days of ordering them.”

“Generally excellent. Only concern is when there is default error with the Shipping address, then it is very difficult to correct ...even if it is detected within 30 minutes of the the confirmation email from info@prlabs.com. Ideally there should be a window of about 2 hours where an error in the order can be corrected. In my Order SO50950 the shipping address defaulted to San Diego when it should have gone to Miami. It was meant to be resolved that day, 30 July, but was delivered to San Diego yesterday. I am sure the Shipping Team can improve on this. Other than this, I am very impressed with the Webinars, and the speed of processing orders. The new Website Dashboard is great, only the Shipping and Billing Address fields have surprise defaults. Thank you for the great advances recently.”

“Yesterday, (Thursday, August 1), I updated the new PRL Pricelist into Quickbooks. I followed the SLP, (MAP): EXAMPLE: 2411 Biliven $35.48, I put it into Quickbooks at $35 for our customers. But, when I compared that price to Amazon Prime at $32.90, (Premier Research Lab Store pricing), we are being undercut. What good is MAP pricing if you're going to undercut the practitioner? This undercutting is across the board for all the products we stock for our customers. The only exception I found was for Melatonin-ND: MAP $18.98 / Amazon: $19.84 Very disappointing!”

“We love your products. However, we have had to call in on the last two invoices to remove the sales tax. We have been tax exempt for over 9 years and it can be frustrating when it is not set up that way on your website. Thank you.”

“I TRUST this company. My Ayurvedic healer started me on Premier supplements years ago. I am healthier now than ever in my long life. I’m not going to critique any particular product. I do consult w my healer, and regarding the amount and duration too. I do not advise self medicating and Strongly recommend alternative medicine.”
