“The last year plus, service has been very poor at PRL. This is not the service I had gotten in years past. Trusted employees that I have worked with in the past are now gone, texts and phone calls have gone unanswered. Honestly I have stopped reaching out to get support as a practitioner, unless absolutely necessary. I also believe it is time for more conferences and the summit to come back. I can’t imagine Dr. Marshall would be pleased with the turns PRL has made. If I knew of another company with as great as products, I would consider switching my practice over to them.”
