Ordered a pram on Saturday on the website states takes 3 working days so when purchased nothing to say will take longer. I received a phone call on Sunday to say won't receive it for 4 weeks said I needed it before that said she would ring up on Monday to see if she could receive it quicker no customer care follow up I had to ring up myself again to see when it would be delivered and still going to be 3 weeks this should be stated at the checkout before purchase. It is very hard to get in contact with the pram centre very long time on phone to get through.

Our terms and conditions state that we will contact you if the item does not appear to be in stock. I do apologise for the confusion I have brought this matter to my mangers attention to try and make our communication with our customers better. Package arrived all instructions ripped and item looked as if it has been used as a display or used by other person. Box bashed item was meant to be a gift for someone

I order/ paid for a product online. When purchasing it never mentioned that the item was not in stock so i carried on with the transaction to find a few days later that this was discontinued. I still awaiting a refud

The pram was delivered in a very bashed box and small parts of the chassis are sticking through the box and are scratched. This was yesterday, I contacted the team straight away and have not yet had a response.

We have purchased an item last Sunday and we have received no status update on the order whatsoever in over three days. The website's Order Tracking does not provide any useful information about the status of the order other than stating "Processed", which after 3 days means nothing to the customer. We are still awaiting to receive a status update and have our order delivered.

We found that parts were broken! The wood is cracked, not sure if this is a manufacturing problem or if it broke in transit.

I ordered a mamas and papas Armadillo Flip XT in Navy of which there was two in stock according to your website. This order was placed on Wednesday morning and approximately 24 hours later I received a telephone call to advise there were no navy Armadillo pushchairs in stock. I was advised the system was updated manually but obviously had not been kept up to date in the case of this particular pushchair. Two remained showing in stock later that evening so it obviously still had not been amended potentially leaving another customer disappointed. I then had to wait 24 hours for my PayPal account to be refunded delaying me being able to purchase the pushchair elsewhere. Overall very disappointing and would certainly make me think twice about ordering from the pram centre in the future.

Purchased a pram on line.then told no stock available for 2-3 weeks. Very dissapointing

Was very disappointed to find that the product I had ordered from the pramcentre and which they had taken payment for was in fact out of stock. I then had to wait 4 days for a refund, thus preventing me from buying another one quickly which I needed to do.
